What do you like most about working at Midtronics?
Midtronics is a very “flat” organization, which makes it easy to approach and work with everybody.
What is a favorite memory you have from your time at Midtronics?
Not so much work related, but the first “Roparun” we did with the BV team. Great team building.
What accomplishment at Midtronics are you most proud of?
There are two: The first and only BV patent we developed and the Volvo XMB order.
How do you like to spend your time when you are not at work?
Having fun with my family, cycling, kick boxing, hiking and driving my motorcycle.
Where were you born/raised?
In Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
Playing in the neighborhood with my friends.
What is your favorite memory as an adult?
Becoming a dad.
Do you like movies? What kind? What is/are your favorite(s)?
Yes, I do! James Bond movies and most Guy Ritchie movies I enjoy most.
Do you like music? What kind? What is/are your favorite(s)?
Most electrionic (dance) music, like deep house, but also Foo Fighters and Metallica I like from time to time.
What is your favorite food?
BBQ and Sushi.
What is something you think other people would be surprised to know about you?
That I am very sensitive to how other people feel.
If you could meet anyone in world, who would it be and what would you say to them?
Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos would be nice: I would like to talk about the way their actions have changed the world and how they cope with the changes in their life and the pressure it gives them.
What are you looking forward to the most in the upcoming year?
From a business point of view: creating a post Covid BV trusting BV team
From a personal point of view: going on a road trip to the North Cape in June on my motorcycle.
